Our team members enjoy a 20% profit sharing program above and beyond their normal salaries. (We don’t like the word “employee”, as we feel it doesn’t represent the tremendous heart, soul, and teamwork we put in together towards our common goals.) Each team member is expected to contribute at a high level and also to receive the direct benefits of their hard work. We believe success is an attribute that comes best when shared.
